Karavas Real Estate (karavas.gr), one of intros.gr's oldest clients, wanted a corporate website redesign to more effectively present their portfolio of properties, allowing the public to access their tender database and provide general information.
In general, karavas.gr is a full-service real estate company with many yearsʼ experience in the area of marketing, renting and investing in land and real estate, based in Athens, Greece.They cover all types of properties, including villas, maisonettes, multi-family residences, apartments, and commercial properties.
The website was built with Joomla! 2.5 management system so that staff can update photos, information and projects on the website easily and quickly, through a secure area.
Challenge
The primary objective for Karavas Real Estate was a full-site redevelopment, to both improve the appearance and functionality of its site, and to also make it easier to manage to their staff.
They also wanted to increase their reach through search marketing, obtain new website aliases, develop a mobile-friendly platform, and explore new avenues of marketing.
