In 2011, an advertising company, one of our major partners, inspired a facebook game in order to promote Cookie Crisp. The design and development of the game application were assigned to intros.gr.

The game was available through the facebook fan page of Cookie Crisp and through the company's website. The goal of the game was to build the city of your dreams. All kind of bulding and sites were available in the application. In order for the user to use them, he had to unlock them with a code provided. The code was available only with the invitation to friend. For example, 5 friend invitations give 1 code, 10 invitations give 2 codes and so on. If someone wanted to built the whole city, he had to invite all of his friends!!

In  2012, an advertising company, one of our major partners, had come up with an idea of a Facebook competition for Microsoft and Sony.  The main goal of the competition was to promote the Sony Vaio laptop, as well as the Windows 7.  A laptop was set as a prize.  The design and development of the Facebook competition were assigned to intros.gr.

The concept of the competition was a simple, multi-question multiple choice, regarding Sony Vaio and Windows 7 form. All answers were available through the websites of the companies involved. By the end of the quiz, the total score could be raised, if the user invited his friends to the competition. One point for each friend. He could also raise his score by sharing the message of the participation in competition with his friends.

Competitions like this one, increase the publicity and the share-ability of company's fan page and website. Thus, the target group of customers, and potential sales are increased as well.

In 2013,an advertising company, partner of intros.gr, designed a full promotional campaign for Freddoccino. Part of this campaign was a competition hosted in facebook fan page. The development of the competition's application was assigned to intros.gr.

The consept of the campaign based on Freddoccino girl (the well-known red-hair girl, who wears a polka dot swimsuit and red high-heels), who run away from the Freddoccino glass and she wanders in the city.  An actress, dressed like the red-hair girl, was walking around in different places of the city every day.  The goal of the competition was for someone to fild the girl, take a photo with her and post it in facebook. In case that someone wanted to participate in the competition but he could not find the red-hair girl, there was an option of creating a photo with the use of user profile photo and the most suitable photo of the red-hair girl. Then the users had to upload the photo and invite their friends to the competition. 

Intros.grdeveloped a flash minisite for this competition.

I-lovegreece.com, a large Athens-Based portal wanted to raise awareness of its sub-category (Athens) Fan Page on Facebook. They trusted intros.gr for the design and development of a Facebook Application.  The idea was to  create a simple, inspired, user-oriented FB application, matching the needs of the client, the goal of the project and the specified target group. 

A simple, multi-question multiple choice competition, hosted within i-love-athens Fan Page, was decided. The goal was  to increase awareness and traffic to both fan page and website via its specific targeted questions which campain had, about Athens. The participation was limited to one per user. In order to increase the traffic and publicity, the application asked users to share with their friends the message of successful participation sent by i-love-athens, and to invite them to participate as well. 

This Facebook application helped our client spread their message virally. Users had their activities published to their news feeds so their friends could see that I-lovegreece.com opens Athens section.

One of our oldest established clients, Barbarossa Bar in Paros, cooperated with Barak Bar of Athens to host Barbarossa nights in their venue and wanted to raise awareness of this via their Fan Page on Facebook. In order to achieve it, they turn to intros.gr for the design and development of a facebook application. The idea was to create a simple, inspired, user-oriented FB application, matching the needs of the client, the goal of the project and the specified target group.


We designed and developed a simple, Fill-a-form Contest Application, hosted within Barbarossa's fan page. The application asked for the personal details of the user in order to participate in the competition. Participation was limited to one per user. Upon completion of the form, the application asked the user to share with his friends the message of participation.  

 

The goal was not simply to spead the news of the new event and venue but to increase awareness and traffic to both Barbarossa's fan page and website. This Facebook application helped our client spread their message virally. 

Users had their activities published to their news feeds so their friends could see that Barbarossa comes to Athens together with Barak Bar every Wednesday.

Fatsa Karta’ is a brand of chain stores in Greece. The stores wanted not only to generate buzz around their unique products on Facebook but also increase the spreadability of their website and fan page along with the brand.

They came up with the idea of Seasonal FB Application, launching the fan page of chain stores ‘Fatsa Karta’ in Greece. They trusted intros.gr for the implementation of their idea.

We designed and developed a Seasonal Facebook Application through out Ferbuary of 2010. We created a fun, simple, inspired and user oriented FB application, matching the needs of our client and the target group of the brand. The application asked users to select one out of three hearts in order to win a desinger's watch. Just before the outcome of their choice, the application was generating an automated message announcing the participation of user in the contest. This message had to be shared with the user's friends. If the choice was wrong the application encourage the user to retry. In case of a correct choice, the application informed the winner that the company would be in touch for the delivery of the present. 

As a result of this competition, over the course of the one week of competition we accomplished extreme spreadability, by reaching, from 0 visitors, to over 900 users liking the fan page, and over 250,000 becoming friends and followers of the brand. The percentage of incoming fans and friends raised over 500% and the weekly total reach over 300%. It is quite obvious,  that facebook applications can give companies a great publicity and an increase of potential customers and sales.

In 2012, Wunderman Athens advertising company, has come up with an incredible idea for an online game for  Libero diapers brand. The overall design and the development of the application for the game were assigned to intros.gr.

The game was available in both the website of the company as well as the Facebook company page.

This incredible game was targeting the anxious patents to be!! They could create a photo of their baby. The only thing that they had to do was to upload a photo of mammy and daddy, and then,  following the instructions, they could see in a photo, how their baby would look like, according to the Babyface application. They could use this photo as a wall paper on their screen, or they save it and print it.

The main idea of such promotional campaigns remains, to increase publicity and spreadability of the website and of the fan page in Facebook, even if they are targeting to a specific group, in this case the pregnant women.

In 2011, Wunderman Athens advertising company, suggested in Ford Motor Hellas, a Facebook contest through the company's fan page. The design and development of the application for the contest ware assigned to intros.gr.

The prize was 2 double invitations for UEFA Champions League football matches, in V.I.P. section of stadium and the first of the two winners, would enjoy a dinner in the restaurant of the stadium.   

The application asked the users, upon acceptance of the terms and conditions of the contest, to answer in 3 simple multiple choise questions regarding UEFA Champions League.  In case of wrong answers, the application asked the user to try again. In case of correct answers, the application ask for the personal data of the user in order to complete the contest. Every user was entitled to participate only once.  

It is quite understandable, that facebook applications, give Fan Pages a greater publicity and more rapid share-ability, increasing the target group of potential customers and potential sales.

In Christmas of  2011, Wunderman Athens advertising company came up with another idea for a Nokia Facebook contest, through Nokia fan page in Facebook. This time the prize, was a cell phone of user's choice between Ν700 and Ν701.

Due to Christmas time, Santa was the figure chosen for the contest.  The desing and development of the facebook application for the contest was, once again, assigned to intros.gr, who develped a flash application.  Users had to accept the terms and conditions of the contest. Then, they had to choose the image of the cell phone they desire, drag it and drop it in the Santa's sack. If the sack opened then the user would win the cell phone he chose, if not the user was free to retry again and again.

Just before the check of Santa's sack, the application was sending a message from "NokiaSanta" to the user, asking him to invite his friends to participate in the contest, and share the message through his facebook page.  

It is quite understandable, that facebook applications, give Fan Pages a greater publicity and more rapid share-ability, increasing the target group of potential customers and potential sales.
